The real reason most weight loss attempts fail

Most weight loss programs address calories and exercise. They ignore cortisol, sleep, hormonal balance, and the psychological drivers of eating. Chronic stress floods the body with cortisol, which directly promotes fat storage — particularly abdominal fat. Until these root causes are addressed, sustained weight loss is nearly impossible.
