Our Policy at a Glance
Navyoga runs community-contribution events and studio packages for both in-person and online practice. All payments made for classes, events and subscriptions are final. Please read the details below.
No Refunds
All contributions, fees and package payments are non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds or pro-rata returns for unused classes or missed sessions.
Why? We operate small, curated group classes and community events where seats and resources are allocated in advance. Refunds would negatively impact other participants and programme planning.
No Extensions & No Transfers

Purchased packages must be used within their published validity.

Validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.

Packages and passes are strictly non-transferable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies, prolonged studio closure or circumstances beyond our control, management may offer a goodwill resolution at its sole discretion. This is not an entitlement and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request
Contact our team at support@navyogawellness.com with your registration details and reason. Include supporting evidence where applicable. Management will review and respond within 7–14 business days.
Acceptance
By completing a registration or payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
