Naveen was a software professional — chasing targets, answering late-night calls, staring at screens for 12 hours a day. Successful on paper. Empty within. The corporate ladder felt like a treadmill that never stopped.
His body finally said: enough.
Chronic back pain. Disrupted sleep. Anxiety that wouldn't leave. The doctor's report wasn't just a diagnosis — it was a mirror. Naveen was 28, and his body was already asking for a different life.
One breath changed everything.
A friend brought him to a yoga session — not a trendy class, but an ancient practice rooted in Sudarshan Kriya, taught in the lineage of Sri Sri Ravishankar. That first conscious breath cracked something open. He never looked back.
