What Sudarshan Kriya is

Sudarshan Kriya is a rhythmic breathing technique developed and taught by Sri Sri Ravishankar. The practice involves a specific sequence of breathing rhythms — from slow and deep to rapid and forceful — that systematically reset the nervous system and produce a profound state of calm alertness.
